Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order from Everybody’s. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it β€” unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@everybodys.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items can’t be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or beverages)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Please reach out if you have any questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method.

Please note: your bank or credit card company may take a few business days to process and post the refund.
